Shipping Policy

🕒 Order Delivery Timeline
We aim to deliver your order within 3–5 business days. Please note that orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or gazetted holidays will be processed on the next working day. During peak seasons or in cases of delayed information verification, delivery times may be extended. For online payments, your order will proceed after a mandatory fraud check by our payment processor. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, payment will be collected directly at your shipping address. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking details—be sure to check your junk/spam folders as well.

🚚 Shipping Charges
A flat shipping fee of PKR 249 applies to all orders, regardless of location or order size.

📦 Courier Services
We select courier partners based on your delivery location and package type. Courier and tracking details will be shared via email once your order leaves our warehouse.

🏠 Missed Delivery
If you're unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier will send you an SMS with the payment amount. Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel. In your absence, the package may be handed over to a designated person or family member at the delivery address.

❌ Order Cancellation Policy
For COD orders, we conduct up to two confirmation calls. If we’re unable to reach you, the order will be automatically cancelled. You may cancel your order anytime before it is processed. Stouteez reserves the right to cancel orders due to reasons such as out-of-stock items, incorrect contact details, or technical issues.
