Exchange Policy

We gladly offer exchanges under the following conditions:

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging.

The original tag(s) must still be attached.

Time Frame:

You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

Valid Reasons for Exchange:

You received the wrong size.

You received a damaged or defective item.

The product does not match the description or specifications shown on our website.

Non-Exchangeable Items:

Products purchased on sale or discounted price cannot be exchanged.

Items that have been used, washed, or altered are not eligible.

Minor color variations due to lighting or screen differences will not be considered a valid reason for exchange.

Exchange Process:

Provide your order ID, a short description of the issue, and a picture of the product.

Once approved, you can return the item to our provided address.

Exchanges may take up to 10–15 working days after we receive your parcel.

Shipping Costs:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Product Availability:

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

If the requested size or product is out of stock, you may choose another item of equal value.
